| Responsibilities | This position requires teamwork with all internal departments and direct contact with clients. Assigned accounts are generally given directly to level 3 consultants, however, accounts may be assigned to level 2 technicians in order to help advance their technical experience. Assigned technicians are responsible for documentation, technical solutions and client satisfaction for each assigned account. In addition, assigned technicians are required to work with account managers to build new solutions and recommend changes for their accounts. Assigned technicians are also required to execute projects, assist in planning and help maintain a smooth operation. |
